• Community Over Chaos Rally | 4:30–5:30pm | Holman Overpass
  Join fellow WI-ers for a weekly rally on the pedestrian overpass adjacent to Small Faces Childcare on Holman Rd NW and 13th Ave NW. They have signs and music. Email Nancy at nrhunter1953@gmail.com for more information.

• Constitutional Observer Training | 7–8:30pm | zoom
  Seattle Indivisible, West Seattle Indivisible and Indivisible Eastside have put together training to prepare us to observe, document, and report what they witness—centering the people being targeted. RSVP.

• Virtual postcard party | 11am–noon | zoom

• 6:30pm | Cherry Street Village | 720 25th Ave
  In the West Bank, occupation, settler violence, and ethnic cleansing are escalating. In Israel and the U.S., corrupt and extremist governments are driving societies deeper into crisis. Combatants for Peace activists from Israel and Palestine will be in Seattle to share how they are organizing amid daily violence, occupation, and profound power asymmetry to forge a path toward collective liberation. Sept 24 | Lightworkers documentary and Q&A | 6–9pm | Keystone Church
WI and Communities Rising are co-hosting the viewing of the film, Lightworkers. You’ll see how ordinary people—like us—can make a difference. The screening will be followed by a virtual Q&A with director Bobby Roth. Watch the trailer and get your tickets soon because seating is limited.

  Join fellow WI-ers and neighborhood resisters for a weekly rally at Green Lake, across from Starbucks (7110 E Green Lake Dr.). Grab your sign and stand up for democracy!

• Candidate meet & greet for LD46 | 5–7:30pm | 540 NE 85th St

• Alphabet Resistance bannering | 11am–noon | 50th St overpass at I5
  Help send a message to commuters, because “some people just need it spelled out.” Activist Resistance has been called the “Gold Standard” of overpass actions, for its years-long persistence and pithy, ever-updated messages. RSVP to Vicki, as the number of participants determines the possible messages. 

•  Defenders of Democracy rally | Noon–1pm | Ballard
  Join Ballard Defenders of Democracy at Bergen Place (triangle at NW Market St.and Leary Ave. NW). Family friendly, signs provided if needed, music often on hand! 

• BONUS postcard party | 2–5pm (drop-in) | Rough & Tumble Pub
  Reclaim Our Vote, a BIPOC-led, grassroots initiative, invites you to help send 1,000+ postcards to voters in North Carolina by October 13. Short on time? We’ll cover instructions in 10 minutes and you can postcard and send at your convenience. We provide postcards, addresses, and a script. We'll also have a limited number of stamps. Sep 27 | Immigration Justice Resistance Lab | 11–12:30pm | zoom
Join Representative Jayapal in this training that covers the history of our immigration system, how the administration is using immigration to advance an authoritarian agenda, and what people can do to fight back. RSVP.

Curious about all the ways you can engage? Not sure about all the different groups and what they do? Want to do more but not sure where to start? Come to learn more.
